She has held several roles within the higher education and non-profit sectors but now serves as the Vice President for Community Development and Engagement for United Community Bank.
The twists and turns on her career path have allowed her to meet Colin Powell, be featured in a book by the late Sir Ken Robinson and coordinate an event for Bryan Stevenson, author of Just Mercy and founder of the Equal Justice Initiative.
