Dom takes you on a journey of his time in photography. He talks about how he started out with a Canon PowerShot A620, and how he was taking crazy angle pictures with it, and how Tracy helped guide him into taking better pictures by looking at the lines, angles and framing his pictures better.
From there, Dom got a Nikon CoolPix L820 and how he was inspired by his friend Eric when he visited in 2013. Dom also talks a little bit about how he used this camera to record video and used it for recording one of his belt tests and how it didn’t work so well because it only recorded about thirty (30) minutes.
Next, Dom talks about getting a GoPro Hero Silver 4+ to help with his video recording and recording video for his belt tests and for the podcast.
To go along with his video recording, Dom also uses a Panasonic camcorder to record his podcast. He talks about getting the camcorder when he and Tracy were living in Chiang Mai, Thailand and how lucky they were to get it.
Lastly, Dom talks about learning to use Tracy’s Pentax K-m, and how excited he is about taking better and more interesting photographs and videos.
