After the birth of her first son in a birthing unit, Sara dove head first into self-responsibility and understanding physiological birth making the choice that any future babies would be Freebirth babies.

Sara shares the journey she goes on with her partner in making these decisions and how it all unfolds from a place of Trust in the body and trust in birth.
