A 22-year-old African American woman knocks on the door a house in a small town outside of Kansas, Missouri. She is wearing a tight metal collar with a padlock around her neck and appears severely malnourished. She says she had just escaped the basement dungeon of a neighbor named Timothy Haslett, Jr. and is pleading for help.
