A lot of people think that tuberculosis (TB) is not present in developed countries. However, a study reveals the occurrence of TB in children and teens in British Columbia, Canada. The author of the study, Jennifer Guthrie MSc. Phd (candidate) from the BCCDC, gives us information on the symptoms, detection and prevention of TB. Also, we discuss the findings of the study.
