On March 20, 2022, one last bowl of chili was served and one last beer poured at the Killington Base Lodge. The Killington Download Podcast took the microphones on the road and set up shop during one last party at the Mahogany Ridge Bar. Our goal was to capture stories and memories from old-time locals and Killington skiers and riders, as they came together to toast the old building one last time, and celebrate the new base lodge slated for opening late fall 2022.

Then Mike Solimano, President and General Manager of Killington and Pico Resorts, comes on the podcast. We reminisce about the old lodge and the farewell party, recap the 2022 winter and find out what Mike is excited about for this summer.
