LAUNCH is a Chattanooga nonprofit that helps develop opportunities for entrepreneurs.

Before COVID-19 hit, the organization was working on a kitchen incubator - slated to open next year.

But this month, that incubator swung into action - earlier than planned - for The LAUNCH Provisions Project.

It’s a three-month effort to help feed senior citizens in need in the Chattanooga area due to the pandemic.
