Taija Sparkman is a wife and homeschooling mama to three beautiful, brown girls. She is a childbirth coach and the owner of Mo At Home, LLC, where she provides virtual coaching, classes, and workshops to help empower birthing people. Taija is very passionate about parenthood and raising awareness of systemic racism, especially when it comes to the health and rights of Black and Brown birthing people.
