A Leader Needs an Ally

Listen Later

A self-aware leader faces many challenges, especially executive leadership. One of the benefits of working with an executive coach is a partner, one that does not judge and is aligned with the leader’s goals. A coach is a safe place for a leader, even though coaches keep leaders accountable to their goals, can challenge them, and even be provocative if found necessary. We all need someone to help us be the person we can be!

Fieldwork this week: The Accountability Question List is made by a group of questions that when answered affirmatively reflect that daily life is lived in alignment in the short and long term, embodying the values of the responder. Write your own 10 to 20 question list, that when answered affirmatively show that you are on track.
