Ocean conservationist Julie Packard has led the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California for 40 years. During that time she’s played a leading role educating people about the benefits and harms they bring to the unique ecosystem. Packard has also helped shape state, national, and global policies around ocean conservation. Harris World Ecology Center at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
