As we come to a close on this topic, we come to the challenge of Paul to his young protégé, Timothy. The letters of I and II Timothy reveal the heart and passion for Paul as he invests the gospel and ministry into this young man. Paul knows that the end of his own life is soon to come. These letters are his closing challenge for Timothy to take up the call and to stand firm in the gospel and calling.
