A Letter to God is a short story written by Gregorio Lopez Fuentes, who was a Mexican novelist, poet, and journalist. He was one of the leading chroniclers of the Mexican Revolution.  The story tells us of a man named Lencho, who finds himself in trouble when his crops fail; but his faith is so strong, that he decides to ask God for help.  He quite literally writes a Letter to God, which leads to some interesting events.  I'm a huge fan of the ending, and knew upon reading this for the first time, that it was a story I wanted to share with you all.
