Blessing Component 4b:"...Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up:"
Provision gives rise to satisfaction, God's part to play is provision, and our part to play is satisfaction. When God commands us to arise and shine, God says it because He had given us all that we needed to be satisfied and it is up to us to eat to satisfaction and arise. So, until we eat God's provision we cannot enjoy satisfaction.
