Mark 8:31-38

This week in The Way: The Gospel of Mark, we’re talking about “A Life Worth Losing” from Mark 8:31–38. Jesus makes it clear: you can replace your house, your car, your money, your reputation — but you cannot replace your soul. In a world that tells us to protect, promote, and preserve ourselves, Jesus calls us to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow Him. The real question isn’t what you’re gaining… it’s what you’re becoming. Are you saving your life — or surrendering it? Because whoever loses their life for Christ will truly find it. Don’t trade your soul for something that won’t last.
