How do you know if you’re in a season of loneliness, emptiness, or spiritual dryness?
Maybe you feel like you’re surrounded by people but still completely alone. Maybe your heart feels empty, your relationship with God feels distant, and you’re wondering, “Why am I in this season?” I’ve personally been walking through a season of loneliness and emptiness, and in this episode, I’m sharing what God has been teaching me in the middle of it.
We’re talking about how to recognize when you’re in a wilderness season, the lie that the wilderness always means punishment, and what the story of the Exodus teaches us about God’s presence in seasons that feel uncertain and painful. The Israelites spent years in the wilderness, but God was still leading them, providing for them, and shaping them.
So how do you get out of a wilderness season? What do you do when you feel stuck? And how can you pursue God when you don’t feel Him?
In this episode, we’ll walk through practical steps for navigating loneliness and spiritual dryness, learning to recognize God’s presence, and trusting Him even when you can’t see where He’s taking you.
Your wilderness may feel empty, but it doesn’t mean God is absent.
Answering YOUR Questions! | Marriage, Relationships & God’s Timing
You asked, and I’m answering! 🎙️
In this episode of A Lion Inside Podcast, I’m sitting down to answer some of the questions you’ve sent in about marriage, relationships, singleness, trusting God, body image, spiritual dryness, and navigating life as a Christian college student.
We’re getting real about questions like: Should Christians live together before marriage? How do you wrestle with God when you have unanswered questions? Does your appearance affect whether you’ll find a godly spouse? How do you trust God when He hasn’t given you clarity? And how do you keep reading your Bible when it starts to feel like homework?
This episode is full of honest conversations, personal experiences, biblical encouragement, and reminders that God is more interested in forming your heart than simply giving you the answers you’re asking for.
In this episode, we talk about:
✨ Marriage, covenant & living together
✨ Wrestling with God and bringing Him your doubts
✨ Body image, beauty & feeling worthy of love
✨ Trusting God in seasons without clarity
✨ Making time with God personal instead of performative
✨ Staying close to Jesus when Scripture feels dry
✨ Stewarding your money and time as a college student
Whatever season you’re in, I hope this episode reminds you that you don’t have to have everything figured out to be faithful.
Sometimes the goal isn’t getting the answer.
It’s learning to want God more than the answer. 🤍
7 Signs You’re in an Unhealthy Relationship 🚩
Not every unhealthy relationship looks toxic from the outside. Sometimes the biggest red flags are the things we’ve slowly learned to normalize.

🚩 Is this relationship producing freedom or bondage?
🚩 Is it drawing you closer to Jesus or further from Him?
🚩 Are you ignoring red flags because you’re afraid to let go?
Grab your Bible, take a heart check, and join me as we learn how to recognize unhealthy patterns and pursue relationships that honor God.
You don’t have to ignore the red flags just because you love someone.

The Lonely Freshman: What I Wish I Knew
What if you’re surrounded by people and still feel completely alone?
Starting college, moving somewhere new, finding your people, and building genuine friendships can be HARD. And sometimes loneliness can make us question our worth, compare ourselves to everyone around us, or even run back to relationships and habits we know God called us out of.
In this episode of A Lion Inside Podcast, we’re talking honestly about loneliness, friendship, identity, and finding your people—especially in a new season of life. I share what I wish I knew when I first came to college, why your worth cannot depend on who invites you, texts you, or chooses you, and why Jesus has to be your first belonging, your first home, and your first friend.
We’ll talk about:
Why you can feel lonely even when you're surrounded by people
Why friendship doesn't have a timeline
How loneliness can tempt you back into old patterns
Finding your identity in Jesus instead of your friendships
Why genuine community requires vulnerability and intentionality
Learning to stop looking for “your people” and start becoming someone’s person
How Jesus meets us in seasons of loneliness and reminds us that we are seen, known, and loved
If you’re a freshman sitting alone in your dorm, struggling to find your people, or simply walking through a lonely season, this episode is for you.
You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are not alone.
Jesus sees you. And He is your home. 🤍
