This week, 6 new Bib Gourmand Awards were handed out by the Michelin Guide to Irish restaurants across the island.
La Gordita, Amy Austin & Lotties in Dublin, as well as Home in Belfast and Ichigo Ichie Bistro & Natural Wine in Cork. Solas is a tapas restaurant in Dingle, and owner Nicky Foley spoke to Ray Foley (no relation!) about what this accolade means.
