A Muse In Her Consciousness is a podcast by a Jamaican woman on her journey of healing, self enlightenment and self discovery. Most of the episodes are motivated by journal entries, epiphanies from psychotherapy sessions and real life experiences. 
The goal is to inspire and motivate through talk therapy in hopes that the collective can glean insights from my experiences and tune into their own unique paths of growth through WORD. SOUND. POWER.
