When faced with a two-week deadline to develop a new book, Jo March finds herself grasping for inspiration while heading home for Christmas. Jo meets a fellow writer who reignites her imagination. The two fall in love, but Jo is later crushed when she finds out he’s not who he says he is. Meanwhile, the troubles of Jo’s three sisters pile up.
