Why hummingbird Wellness? As I was looking for information on the hummingbird for an art project, I ran a crossed many websites that talked about the hummingbirds and the wellness aspect. The hummingbird being my favorite bird inspires me with its energy and determination in its tiny state of being. Through my research I found the hummingbird represented Healing and moving forward from difficulties. 
Like the hummingbird, I am inspired to share truths, opinions and thoughts with others in hopes of healing and moving forward in their wellness journey.
