What's one of the most fun places in Lexington to spend an afternoon or a night out without any real planning? The Distillery District on Manchester Street. The whole area grew out of the historic James E. Pepper Distillery site, where bourbon was being made as far back as 1879, and today it's home to a walkable stretch of bourbon, craft beer, wood-fired pizza, live music, and ice cream. In this video, I’ll walk through the five stops you should hit, from a cocktail at James E. Pepper to a cone at Crank and Boom. Watch my video to see why locals keep coming back.
