In this episode, Tayler is joined by the coaches of the Edwardsville High School Girls Flag Football team, which just completed its inaugural season. Coaches Taylor Hay, Jaime Gaal, and Kaylee Neutzling led the team to the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) State Quarterfinals in the program's first year. The three coaches are also members of the six-time National Champion St. Louis Slam professional women's football team, which they say helped them form a foundation to coach at EHS. On this episode, we discuss the growth of flag football for women and girls, and the importance of having women in leadership roles in sports, especially at the high school level.
