America's prisons boast an 89% recidivism rate, if we are shooting to be a nation of criminals, we are succeeding. Reform and rehabilitation comes in second to punishment, and yet nothing seems to get better. In fact, it gets worse, with the prison population rising 1-2% every year. Yet we are not without hope, our friends across the pond may of cracked the code, and so today, we dive into just how we can potentially change for the better.
