People often say that the moment after the performance is also the moment before the performance. Last month, three new plays were staged as part of the New Voices 2.0 project, giving emerging artistic and theatrical talents in the international Leipzig community the chance to share their stories in co-operation with English Theatre Leipzig and their home theatre, the Neues Schauspiel Leipzig. In this latest episode, we reminisce about New Voices 2.0 with some insights from the rehearsal period before the performances took place in September 2024, exploring the human connections that were built as a part of this project.
