Inertia means an object that is motion stays in motion and an object that is in rest stays at rest. In 2020 I got myself to get in motion with my health and 3 years later I am still in motion and I feel good. Now it’s time to focus on other items and this podcast acts as a voice diary for myself and for others who want to join in.
