This week Jess takes a deep look at an experience that both caught her off guard and encouraged her. After years of hard work, commitment to self growth, and 4 months of putting her body to the test Jess looked in the mirror one day and didn't recognize the girl looking back at her... in the very best way. 

As women we can skew to the negative, the imperfections, and oft times miss the deep growth we have done within ourselves. This look in the mirror reflected a more confident, more peaceful, and more put together woman that she even knew was there.
