Sheila and Sy sit down with Always & Furever's  intake coordinator, Kelly Frey to explore the intricate steps involved in welcoming new dogs into the shelter family. From abandoned strays to surrendered pets, every dog's story is unique, and we're here to shed light on their paths to a second chance. While the demand is extremely high, Kelly is able to juggle it with the support of her husband and daughter.
