Depression is so prevalent in modern western society that it is important to bring this topic out into the open.  

I am joined by Pamela Ray a spiritual counsellor and psychotherapist, psychologist Jo Christmas and Lj Engracia Seckold for a very candid discussion on depression and how it has affected us personally.
