I am joined by Pamela Ray, Jo Christmas and Lj Engracia Seckold as we discuss our experiences and opinions around depression.  Depression has  a bad rap.  It has a veil of shame which needs ot be lifted, depression is a natural part of grieving.  What you can do to help? We cover the most effective ways to help yourself or others.

We each have our own personal experiences of depression at different stages of life from childhood depression to post natal depression.  It can be your body's warning that you are forcing something that may not be meant to be in your life.

Between us you will hear views and experiences from different generations and a generally broad perspective as we are in our 20's, 40's and 60's.
