I am joined by Pamela Ray, Jo Christmas and Lj Engracia Seckold as we discuss our experiences and opinions around suicide.  Suicide has long been judged as a "sin".  Those who have experienced feeling suicidal themselves see it in a very different light.  

Pamela Ray is a Psychotherapist and spiritual counsellor, Jo Christimas worked in palliative care and HIV Aids care unit for 17 years and holds a degree in Psychology and Lj Engracia Seckold has a very challenging life story which he openly shares.  

Between us you will hear views and experiences from different generations and a generally broad perspective as we are in our 20's, 40's and 60's for this conversation.
