It's a time to celebrate how far we have come as a unit but also as a community.

We started this podcast because we wanted to expand our own knowledge. We believe communication is key, but with conversing comes hard conversations, awkward reflections and beautiful growths. Love is stronger than hate. We hope to to spread kindness and wisdom.
