Happy Valentines Day!

I wanted to take a moment to express just how much appreciation and love there is in my heart for you.

Here’s my love note to you <3

Your presence is felt. Your voice is necessary. Your purpose is unfolding. (Trust it.) And, your worthiness is undeniable.

You are supported. You are needed. You are brilliant; unlike anyone else. And you, above all else, are loved.

With that said, I hope you take some time today to honor yourself. Enjoy a walk in nature, a hot bubble bath, spend time with your favorite person or favorite book, sit on your cushion and meditate, enjoy a glass of wine, slow down and savor more. You deserve it.
