One fine morning, a burly local man named Bud Turley shuffles into Sheriff Dan Rhodes' station and presents a gargantuan tooth, which he claims belongs to Bigfoot. Bud wants Dan to keep it safe until a paleontologist can be summoned.
Dan is, of course, skeptical of this Bigfoot hullabaloo, but others in town are more easily convinced. Bud's pal Larry even claims to have seen the beast. Then a few days later Bud's body is found savaged in the woods nearby, and the whole burg descends into full-blown Bigfoot mania. Dan suspects feral hogs are the real culprit - until the murderer strikes again.
Seasoned with a dusting of dry humor, this quirky mystery features the talents of narrator George Guidall, who adds just the right touch of spice.
