Revelation:

• The church can be our greatest hindrance to God’s calling on our lives. Go with God anyway! God turned out to use that in Jon’s favor, and it ultimately brought more people to Christ.

• Our own family members can be our greatest hindrance to God’s calling on our lives, even if they mean well or don’t understand God’s assignment/calling on your life. Go with God anyway!

• The modern church is oftentimes religious, deeming that blacks and whites are some sort of a separate distinction of Christianity–culture is doing more harm to the body of Christ than we’d like to admit.

• Church-goers masked as followers of Christ can be full of hate, envy, and undealt with strongholds because of lack of deliverance.

• When we’re not in the place we are supposed to be, God lets us know.
