My meditation this week is a very personal rambling thread about how in a human life solitude must be balanced with connecting with others, and how the Truth establishes itself in our hearts, and how we hear it when we are alone and how we it speaks us, when we connect with others.

And it all finds it's focus by reflecting on the lovely souls that are gone before us into heaven.
