Did you know it is estimated that 200-500 million people meditate in the world? And I am one of them! If you ever thought about getting into meditation, now is the time to start. The past few years have been wildly stressful and active. Whether it was from hustling till the point of burnout or just living in 2020. Meditation is something that has truly helped me stay sane.
