Mike and his guest Mike Rivera of Building Brothers talk about some of the difficulties of ministering to men. The difficulties churches have in developing a mininstry to men and some of the rewards from working in men's ministry. Men's Ministry is one of the hardest mininstries a church can undertake but yet when you watch men begin to "Get It," if is one of the most rewarding. This is because of the number of people that will be affected when I man begins to walk with God. One man can affect a dozen or more people.
