SERIES FINALE! What a special way to end Season 3 by having my own mum as my final guest!! My mum is one of the most amazing people in my life and has overcome so much, with her own personal battles with anxiety and depression. She had a complete job change and lifestyle change really and now runs her own business upcycling furniture in her own shop! Her story is very inspiring and she is proof that mental health issues can affect anyone BUT everything happens for a reason and lot's of amazing things can come from something negative!
