This week's episode was super important, especially for the Christmas period. 

I got to speak with Jeff from The Foxton Centre in Preston. an organisation who helps the most vulnerable in the community like sex workers, homeless etc. 

We discussed the work that they do, why it's important to think of others this time of year, and how people can get involved in making this year's Christmas special for everyone!

 Every year I donate food parcels to The Foxton Centre and with the launch of Spill It I thought it would be a no brainer to get them on the show to talk about all the amazing work they do and why more people should donate.
