The Christmas season is not joyous and happy for everyone. For some, they are experiencing loss, depression and sadness as they face the holidays after the loss of a loved one. As part of our Darkest Night service, we share a message of hope and remind everyone that it's okay to not be okay, but that hope is always alive.
We encourage anyone who is feeling completely hopeless to reach out for help - the Suicide Prevention Hotline number is 800-273-8255.
