1. The PRESENCE of Jesus gives me hope.  

The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David! Luke 2:11 (NLT)  For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.”  Matthew 18:20 (NLT)   

2.  The FAITHFULNESS of Jesus gives me hope.

3.  LIFE in JESUS brings me hope.  

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it.   John 3:16-17 (NLT)  

A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.  John 10:10 (MESSAGE)  

“Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.”  Luke 2:14 (NLT)  

Then the shepherds told everyone what had happened and what the angel had said to them about this child. Luke 2:17 (NLT) 

The shepherds went back to their fields and flocks, glorifying and praising God for what the angels had told them, and because they had seen the child, just as the angel had said. Luke 2:20 (NLT)
