Starting this podcast finds me one year into long term disability, unable to work due to severe chronic illness & mystery symptoms. I’m navigating motherhood with 5 year old twin girls and the unfolding of a dramatic spiritual awakening that ripped me open to new levels of psychic awareness overnight.

Ten years of climbing out of one rock bottom only to fall into another, I've spent a decade exploring & healing suppressed emotions, health issues, unhealed family patterns, an impaired nervous system & mental health struggles. From past lives & ancestral trauma to childhood wounds & soul purpose, I've delved deep in seeking answers to who I am & why exactly I am here.

In this first episode I sit at the microphone finally ready to confront a fear of expressing my truth as I try to make sense of my life and all the messy experiences that have brought me here today.
