We decided to do a mini series where we interviewed each other to give a little behind the scenes of who we are as people and as therapists! Hopefully this can give some insight into what led us to becoming therapists and why we are so passionate about creating and sharing this podcast.

In this episode we talked with Jessica about her family dynamics, how her birth order and attachment style led to the development of characteristics she has, and her path to being more self aware.
