A MileAway with JT Conway

One of my favorite guys of all-time! A former standout boxer who has done EVERYTHING someone can do in the boxing business...my buddy Mike has now transitioned into his best role yet--Ring Announcer extraordinaire! He discusses the fight game, some GREAT stories...and his passion for helping youth fighters find their path in life. The HonkyTonk Hitman...LET'S GOOOOOO!!!!

All-American Wrestler, and soon to be LFA Middleweight Champion, Jake "The MilkMan" Woodley shoots a zoom podcast with us from Albuquerque, NM, where he is in training camp for his championship clash October 23rd! The MilkMan might just be the friendliest fighter you'll ever meet, meanwhile he KNOCKED a dude OUT in 3.7 seconds...so don't let the easy going nature fool you...our boy is a destroyer of men. This was a funny one...he reveals that Tyron Woodley is, in fact, not his brother, along with lots of other great stuff....have fun with this one!

A legend in the world of Boxing, and a guy I consider to be like an Uncle to me...Jimmy Adams invites us to an UPGRADED podcast studio for this sit down where we discuss all things life and boxing. This is a GOOD ONE, Enjoy!!!

Unbelievable. Somehow...this little podcast got to talk with THE GOAT, Bruce Buffer. We chat about sports cards, ring announcing, who would carry the casket when you go....and a TON more. Still can not believe this really happened. The biggest day in A MileAway's short history, without question. Enjoy!!

One of Nashville's TRUE OG's, Cashville Ace sits down to discuss music and entertainment, and their connection to the fight game...along with telling some fascinating stories of his time in Federal Prison and how it helped shape him into the man he is today. This is a fun one, and we wore sunglasses inside!!!

Our first ever REMOTE interview...I think it went pretty well. Sat down with my great friend, and owner of Agoge Fight League, Chuck Farmer. We discussed business (Why everyone wants to be like ChickFila!), the upcoming AFL XIII show on October 3rd, faith, MMA, and lots and lots in between. CHECK IT OUTTTTTTT!

Legion Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, and creator of the most exciting thing in BJJ--Showdown Grappling, Anthony Pascarella sits down to discuss his passion for teaching, the why behind his new jiu jitsu event, his legendary, guitar playing dad, and more. CHECK. IT. OUT.

Bare Knuckle, MMA, Boxing....you name it, The Tennessee Gangster, Jenny Savage, has done it! She joins the podcast and together we try to name every organization she's ever fought for (it's a LOT!), discuss the Insane Clown Posse, and even "Touching Tips" LOL!!...You'll just have to watch to understand!!

A true pioneer in the women's MMA scene, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Shannon Goughary talks coaching the next generation, her love of the game, and the Nashville MMA gym that is so near and dear to her heart. Give it a watch!!

Head Coach of Dakota “The Rooster” Ballard at Nashville MMA, Big Eddy Gonzalez talks Art, MMA, and the trajectory of his star pupil…all while reminding us that he is, in fact, not Samoan! Good times ensue—enjoy!!
