A MindShare Learning Moment with Richard Erdmann an elementary school principal with the York Region District School board. He has been in the education field for the past 30 years, with the last 18 years as a school administrator. Richard is currently one of three provincial counselors for the Ontario Principals’ Council representing the YRDSB. Richard co-moderates the monthly #OPCchat leadership chats which focuses on a variety of topics of interest to leaders and aspiring leaders across the province and beyond.
