We have Andrew Kintz joining us this week! He is the Founder of First Horizons Music Industry Group. He has worked in various forms of banking such Commercial, Private, and Sports and Entertainments Banking. But we’ll let him tell you all about that.

This week we have Chris Nardone with us. He began as an artist manager and is the founder and president of Venture Music, a digital marketing company.

This week we have the CMO of Girlilla Marketing with us. She began her career in music publishing and now has over 10 years of digital marketing experience.

Mike Elizondo joins us this week on A Minor in Reality! He is a Grammy Award-winning producer, songwriter, and musician. He’s worked with major artists such as Carrie Underwood, Eminem, 21 Pilots, and Dr. Dre.

This week we have Josh Collum joining us again this season! He is the co-founder and partner of Sorted Noise, a singer/songwriter for Secrets in Stereo, and was a licensing consultant at Sun Records.
