As the size of government has exploded, so too has the bureaucracy that seemingly steers our government regardless of who the voters elect and what policies they wish to have enacted.  Where unelected officials begin to view themselves as the only authorities on key issues, voters lose any real participation in their government.  This episode touches the surface of this issue to highlight it as one in need of attention.
