Hendrick’s a producer and mixer born in Venezuela, who made his way to Argentina, then to the U.S., and now Colombia. We talked about making records in a global way, the local effects of music scenes, discovering independent artists, and growing musical communities. I’m really excited about the music that Hendrick is cooking up, but I’m even more impressed by his mentality and work ethic behind it all. (And even less impressed by my Spanish at the end.
