Welcome to Episode 5: Setting Boundaries For Yourself
Today we are talking about setting up boundaries with yourself and how that could heal you, give you positive energy, and set you up for success in your life.
There were many years where I didn't set myself up for success and I didn't create boundaries.
I didn't create boundaries with my husband.
I didn't create boundaries with my children.
I didn't create boundaries with anybody, including my practice, my job, and what it did was drained me. It drained me physically and emotionally.
What I did was eventually set up boundaries.
I know what I want to do and what I don't want to do.
And it's not always perfect, but it's given me an opportunity to vibrate at a high energy, opposed to draining myself. And when I start. Feeling like I'm living with my life as half empty or my cup not being full. Then I know that my boundaries are being invaded and that's when I get to be called forth and start renegotiating and maybe dispersing some of the things on my plate.
