Today we give ourselves movement. Ladies, let's get our bodies moving. Through walks, yoga or pilates, HIIT or Bootcamp workout, swimming, running jumping, hiking or whatever you fancy. When we don't move our bodies, energy can't flow, which means our emotions (= energy in motion) cannot flow. And we surely wanna prevent ourselves from feeling stuck and having mood swings. When you are in a funk maybe, the best thing you can do, aside from consciously breathing and meditation, is to move your beautiful temple. It's so easy and yet, so many underestimate the power of movement. Let's pump fresh blood through our veins. Let's get unstuck, let's boost our mental, emotional and physical health.
So, today give yourself movement.

As we're Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of fast-paced pressure. We have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down. I myself need this reminder so I thought I take you on this journey with me.
