Each individual in the group has the space and time to share, and receive practical support and guidance from myself and the women/men in the community. We’ll then close out the space with a short integration exercise. Outside of the calls, you’ll have access to our community group chat on WA, where you can share at anytime. I also provide weekly prompts and materials to support with your integration. We start on Wednesday June 19th 2024, 19:30-21:00 GMT for the women’s group and Wednesday July 10th 2024, 18:30-20:00 GMT for the men’s group. The Connect, Integrate & Create Group Community runs for 6 months, and is open for a maximum of 2 women. There is a separate group that also runs for 6 months, that’s open for a maximum of 2 men. We come together on Zoom once a month for 90-minutes. In that 90-minutes, everyone has the space to share what’s been alive for them this month, what challenges they’re experiencing or what they’re celebrating. I then lead you through a 30-minute guided meditation. After this, you’ll journal on what came up for you and have the opportunity to share with the group.
